LEAGUE INFORMATION

Season Games: Each team will play eight games (8). All games will be played on Saturday Morning (youngers) and Afternoon (older).

Size Ball: U5 to U8 size 3; U9 to U14 size 4

Boys and Girls age brackets: U5-U14, age brackets may be combined if necessary to have enough teams in a bracket league.

Equipment: All Players must wear shin guards and flat-soled indoor or tennis shoes. SBFL will provide the futsal ball per game. The ball must be returned to referee after the game.

Jersey: If team jerseys conflict, the away team must change diferrent color jerseys.

Coach: Only a registered coach or team manager may coach a game. No license is needed for Rec level.

Number of Players: A minimum of five players on a team is required (8 players on a team is recommended). The game can start with four players.

Forfeits: No fee forfeit will be charged to the team, but if the same team repite a second forfeit, the team will be remove from the league age bracket considering a no seriuos team playing in the league.

Cancellation: Any game will be rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Point System: 3 = win, 1 = tie, 0 = loss.

Tiebreakers: Total Points, Head-To-Head, Head-To-Head Goal Differential, Overall Goal Differential.

Player Cards: All competitive club teams will have to provide your players cards from CalSouth or US Club Soccer. The league will provided player cards to the Recreational Teams.

Roster: Team sign-in will receive via email a team roster league to be given to the referee for every game. Further instruction will be provided from league director.

Ejections, Player and or Coach: The referee may issue a yellow card to a player or coach for misconduct as a warning. If the referee issues a red card to a player or coach, he must sit out the remainder of the game in which the card was issued and the team must continue the game a player short. In addition, he must sit out the next game in its entirety. The red card will be reviewed by the league director to see if further discipline should be taken, such as suspension for additional games or team suspension for the remainder of the season, depending on the severity of the foul or incident.
